2006–2010 · Better Buy Watches
The earliest captures, from October 2006, are a small online shop built on a hosted site-builder: “Better Buy Watches has your new wrist watch at a discount price!” It sold genuine, inexpensive Casio, Seiko and Timex watches — atomic, solar, Baby-G, dress and sport models, most between $30 and $100 — on a few dozen product pages. It was still trading in January 2010.
2011–2017 · Parked
By January 2011 the homepage was a one-line parking redirect. The archive has nothing else for seven years.
2018–2022 · A replica-watch blog
From late 2018 the domain carried a WordPress blog titled “Any Replica Watches Review”, whose posts promoted counterfeit copies of luxury Swiss watches and pointed readers towards dealers. In 2021 and 2022 the domain was named, among hundreds of others, as a defendant in two trademark-counterfeiting suits brought by Swiss watchmakers and their industry federation in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; both ended in default judgments and permanent injunctions. The blog’s last capture is January 2022.
2023–2025 · For sale, broken, cloned
In 2023 the domain showed a broken “this domain name is for sale” page spewing PHP warnings; in 2024 Cloudflare errors and a Chinese streaming-site template; in January 2025 a Chinese video-site template with adult-content keywords in its title. None of these had anything to do with watches.
2026 · A new owner
The domain was registered afresh on October 25, 2026 by its current owner, who has no connection to the shop, the blog, the defendants or any later occupant. This site documents the record. It sells nothing and recommends no watch, genuine or otherwise.
